Northern Tanzania
Tanzania, home to the beautiful Serengeti savannah, is the fourth largest county by population in sub-Saharan Africa. Yet this rapidly growing country has only 20% of the minimum recommended healthcare workforce.
Arusha Lutheran Medical Center and Kafika House
African Mission Healthcare has worked with partners in Arusha since 2011, including Arusha Lutheran Medical Center and Kafika House (formerly Plaster House). African Mission Healthcare has also sponsored the successful Tiny Feet, Big Steps neonatal intensive care conference drawing participants from around Tanzania and Africa, including from multiple partners.
